Save time on working with job sites using the new reports in PersiaHR!

PersiaHR helps to save not only time but money! Now you can track job sites effectiveness in Statistics section.

Analyzing resume sources will allow you to:

• optimize the company’s budget for work with job sites;
• do not waste time on resources that do not work;
• focus on finding those candidates who fit your jobs.

We remind that our users can see the source from which the resume was added to a common database. By default, the system displays frequently used resources for candidate search. You can add your own sources to them.

How to add your resume source?

In Account settings you have Resume sources section where frequently used resources that are used to search for candidates. Here you can also add your sources, for this use the button «Add» and enter the name of the source.

How to specify resume source in applicant’s card?

In applicant’s card go to «Edit» mode and select needed item from the list in Source field. We recommend you to specify the source in each card, this will help you to identify the most effective sources of the resume.

In addition, you can filter out resume by source. To do this, use the advanced search, select option «Source» and in the drop-down list, select the resource you are interested in. Then click «Find» and the system will filter out all resumes gathered from this source.

How to track the effectiveness of resume sources?

To find out which sources bring the maximum profit, go to Stats section and in «Resume sources» block you will see all the information. Here you can see from which resources the biggest ammount of resumes were downloaded and also to track «quality» — how many candidates were interviewed and received an offer.

Create your own stages of work in PersiaHR

The algorithms of personnel search and selection in each company are very individual therefore we aspire to give an opportunity to our users to set up PersiaHR for their tasks. For example, now you can add new stages of work with applicants to your account. You can do this very simply: open Account settings and go to Stages section. In the upper left corner, click Add stage button and in the window that opens write the name and save the new stage.

You will see created stage in the list of stages and in the general list of stages on the job page. A new stage can also be added to existing job. To do this, go to job edit mode, in Recruitment stages section from the drop-down list select and add the required step. After that click Save changes ans the new stage will be added to the job.

If you decide to create a new stage in the process of working on a job then click on «pensil» icon in Recruitment stages section and in the next tab Stages page will open.

The new PersiaHR feature will allow you to create an individual work algorithm that will be convenient for you and your company! And our team is always open to suggestions about improving the PersiaHR system:

Tasks filter in PersiaHR calendar

Recruiter’s work consists of many tasks which sometimes are easily confused. Fortunately, PersiaHR users have the ability to record all important events and cases in the scheduler. And now you can sort the list of tasks!

By default in PersiaHR calendar you see all the events and tasks. For example, you want to view information about the letters you need to write this week. To do this, in the left corner above the calendar, uncheck the tasks you want to hide and click Apply button. So you can see the list of tasks in one or more categories.

We remind you that the account administrator can also sort tasks by recruiters. To do this, use the drop-down list on the right of the calendar.

We are sure that with the help of the task filter in the calendar you can carefully plan your working time and quickly navigate in tasks!
