Administration of PersiaHR automating recruitment system is committed to protect your online privacy. We pay great attention to the protection of the data you provided. Our privacy policy is based on the laws of Ukraine and the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR).

PersiaHR acts as a processor while the recruiter is the data manager. We guarantee the safety and confidentiality of information that the user adds to his account.

We collect personal data in order to:

  • analyze and improve our service;
  • make contacts with users of the system;
  • email newsletter;
  • provide information requested by the user;
  • deliver services related to PersiaHR system activity.

Collection and use of personal data

We collect and use your personal data only in the case of your voluntary consent. Agreeing with this document, you authorize us to collect and use the following data: first name, last name, email, phone number. The collection and processing of your data is carried out in accordance with the laws in force in Ukraine and in the territory of the European Union.

Storing, editing and deleting user data

There are three user’s categories in PersiaHR:

  • account administrator;
  • recruiter, freelance recruiter;
  • customer.

The account administrator, recruiter, freelance recruiter or client who submitted his personal data to PersiaHR has the right to edit and delete it:

  • You can edit your personal information (name, phone number) in Account data section.
  • To change the registration email address or delete your account in the PersiaHR system, you need to contact the administration of the service via email info@PersiaHR.com.

Your personal data will be stored until you use the PersiaHR system, and deleted within 30 days after the request to delete your account.

Storing, editing and deleting applicants’ data

Recruiters use PersiaHR for collecting, storing and processing applicants’ resume.

PersiaHR administration guarantees the safety and confidentiality of user data and the information they add to the system.

If you are an applicant, a recruiter must get your consent before adding your personal information to the system. If the recruiter has added your personal data without your consent, the responsibility for such actions falls the recruiter himself and the company he represents.

To change or delete your data from PersiaHR, contact the recruiter who added your personal information to the system or contact the administration of the system at info@PersiaHR.com.

If your personal data is placed in a resume on third-party resources (job boards, social networks, etc.), we recommend you to familiarize yourself with the privacy policies of these services.

Using of technical data while working with the system

While working in the PersiaHR system, records about your IP address, visit time, browser settings, operating system are stored in the database, as well as other technical information necessary for the correct display of site content. According to these data, it is impossible for us to identify the identity of the visitor.

Cookies using

For the correct display of the content and for the convenience of using PersiaHR system, we use cookies. They are small files that are stored on your device. They help the site to remember information about you, for example, which language version of the system you use and which pages you have already opened, this information will be useful for your next visit. Due to cookies, working with the system becomes much easier.

You can configure the browser to accept or block cookies on its own. Please note that blocking cookies may adversely affect the display of pages and system usability.

Using of personal data by other services

PersiaHR uses Google Analytics visitor statistics service. We need the collected data to analyze and improve the system, as well as to launch advertising campaigns.

Google Analytics may use and share this information with other organizations in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. We recommend you to familiarize yourself with it here.

There you can also refuse to collect your data, for example, install the Google Analytics blocker.

We do not transfer personal data to other organizations and services not listed in this privacy policy. The only exception is the transfer of information under the legal requirements of state bodies authorized to perform these actions.

Links to other websites

PersiaHR is integrated with resume search sites (Work.ua, Talent.UA, HeadHunter, SuperJob and rabota.kharkov.ua) which are not managed by us. We are not responsible for their content. We recommend you to familiarize yourself with the privacy policy of each resource you use.

Logins and passwords for resume search sites integrated with PersiaHR are stored in encrypted form. The system administration does not have access to this data.

Privacy Policy Changes

PersiaHR can update this privacy policy sometimes. We report any changes by posting a new privacy policy on this page. We monitor changes in legislation related to personal data in the European Union and Ukraine. If you have left personal data to us, we will notify you of the change in privacy policy. If your personal data was entered incorrectly, we will not be able to contact you.

If you do not agree with this privacy policy, you cannot use the services of PersiaHR, in this case you should refrain from visiting our service.
